Here are the all custom recoveries, available for S7582. CWM & Philz are outdated hence the latest version of the TWRP is recommended for flashing roms.
How To flash Custom Recovery: Flash it via Odin from PC. If you don't know how to use Odin then click on the "Show Content" for a pictorial tutorial.
Install the USB Driver on your PC
Open Odin.
Turn off you device and press volume down button + Home button + Power button at the same time.
After showing some warnings, Press volume up button for continue. Now you are showing on your Display downloading mode
Connect your phone via USB cable and waiting for installing driver.
Now following some screen shot:
After open Odin, unmarked 2 red sign item..
Then connect your mobile Downloading mode to computer...
Then you saw this screen shot:
Now click to PDA and select to recovery.tar.md5 or recovery.tar
Now click to start and wait some minutes..
After you successfully install recovery you saw green sign PASS!
Now exit odin and press volume up button + Home button + Power button for some time o open custom recovery..
or,
Extract the recovery.img from the zip & Flash it via Flashify android app as recovery image.
